Foundation work, which they expect to begin with demolition. It takes time for these filings to get approved. You usually would see a demolition permit application first, but I guess this would line up eventually with demo work.
They also have to put a protective cover over the 4/5/6 mezzanine. I’m also excited they are making that station a lot more user friendly.
