Wow that's a real asshole move on the board's part, after Sofia invested all that money on upgrades. How could a permit be issued in the first place without the resident's being on board? If I were Sofia, I'd lawyer up. It seems that the residents don't want any kind of club opening up there and this is their latest ploy to prevent it from happening. I hear that the suites aren't very soundproof so maybe they're actually concerned about noise, not cigar smoke.
