Halls clarifies.
“The tenants at Sen̓áḵw are protected by Residency Tenancy Act, the same as rentals everywhere else in B.C.,” said Halls. No, it’s not a secret strata scheme. No, the units cannot be used for Airbnb or similar short term rentals. Yes, the units will all have closets.
