You're so right! Here's an opportunity to increase density. More people downtown to support businesses, the library, the restaurants, walk to work, that stupid Mall, etc. The city doesn't get it!! While other cities are moving forward, Charlottetown is pushing their stupid bylaws and that dumb NIMBY 500 lot zone. The downtown will suffer!
