Mark Carney will be much more business friendly, although he will be kneecapped in this regard by Der Fuhrer Herr Adolf Drumpf.

If we're already making excuses for his ineffectiveness, then perhaps he's not the best person to lead us.

Anyways, reading Carney's website it seems like its been word for word lifted from Pierre Poilievre sans the climate change section - cut the bureaucracy, reduce red tape, national standards, "supercharge housing", defending arctic sovereignty, etc.
