I have really liked Burnaby's town centre model and am sad to see us move away from that.

One could also take Royal Oak off that list. Sure, there are no towers right next to the station, but few blocks over is building up like crazy. Holdom is also going to be very busy very soon with all the massive development to the south and also Sperling will eventually get its new village. Production Way is important station because of surrounding jobs, connection to SFU and Costco. Lake City is perhaps the only sleepy station that will remain.
