Multiple ministers have made multiple trips to Washington over the past few weeks. There is a co-ordinate systematic plan a foot. The premiers (including conservatives) have also headed down to the US to try to influence their counterparts. The conservative premiers have attended conservative leaning events with US governors to push the Canada agenda.
