They subdivided the West 2nd site for a road dedication last month and they applied for building/demo permits in the summer.

The proposal is for 122 rental units with 20% of the rental housing to be at a moderate income. A FSR of 7.77 is proposed.

DP-2023-00493: To develop on this site for a 17 storey mixed-use residential building with an amenity and mechanical level above and retail at grade consisting of 125 dwelling units, with 4 levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane
