Serious consequences will follow if you break the law a fifth time *slaps wrist*

People who talk about how stats don’t show crime on the rise is purely because of underreporting. People have so little faith in the police and in our justice system that they just don’t report it as often anymore.

Just last week my friend got attacked by a homeless woman by waterfront station. The lady threw an apple at her and then proceeded to try to kick her before a Good Samaritan stepped in. She didn’t report it.
