Russil Wvong made a great summary of how much the NDP have done for housing under Eby. I agree that Horgan didn't do enough, but Eby has truly pulled out all the stops. You can expect these changes to have an effect on housing supply a year to 6 months after the changes. I'm assuming that not a single BP submitted under the SSMUH has even been approved yet, since that only happened in June (Outside of Vancouver). Definitely also true for the TOD changes.
