Julien, you keep this place running with your frequent contributions. Also, 191 Peachtree is Atlanta's best tower and the Georgia Pacific Tower is a 6/10 in the day time, but a 9/10 at night with the dramatic lighting.

Tony, how was your experience in Atlantic Station? It was a controversial development, and still continues to have a bit of a stigma attached to it amongst Atlantans.

I've just been passing through it so far, I will go through a full walkthrough soon, it's a solid development though, change always comes with pushback

Thank you both. Even when I don't respond, know that I greatly appreciate your photographic contributions.

<3 seeing how much 10th - 15th is beefing up!! Also goes to show how much south of 10th “has room”, comparatively.

I dream of the day the gap between BoA and SunTrust is filled in. It's the bald spot of the Atlanta skyline.

You've got three big churches and Emory sitting in that stretch. The most viable opportunity for any development is the Shakespeare Tavern block (Peasant Building area) down to 537 Peachtree where that old mansion from days gone by just sits, rotting. But doesn't Emory own most of that stretch now?

Same Emory that built the block-filling, 2 story Proton Therapy Center at PEACHTREE and NORTH
Avenue.
Same Emory that built the 17 story Winship Center with detached garage, and a huge shed with a big hole in the roof, on a block that is almost the same size of the BOA Plaza lot next door.

They have no true understanding of the potential of the area(SoNo to the planned stitch) with FARS that are higher than Midtown's

Does it matter when it's taken? It's "Atlanta Photo of the Day" Not "Current Atlanta Photo of the Day."
