Thanks, Altoic! I appreciate the diagrams and renderings! Doral can grow into a major regional city with great planning and hopefully a mass transit extension w/ Metrorail in the near future!

Very interested to see about the flight path issue.

The City can grant approval for 1,000 ft towers. The FAA may not agree.

Good luck on getting 1,000 ft towers anywhere in Doral! It's just not going to happen, especially if the tower is just right at the takeoff and landing paths at MIA. If anything, I can see up to 500 ft towers at the most, but not 1,000 ft in Doral.

Maybe at Hialeah, where it's practically impossible to fly through that city to and from MIA since the 3 runways are parallel E-W & 1 diagonal runway.

The point being that City approvals and zoning have no impact on FAA airspace analysis approvals.

Approved 3-2. Trump isn't including his name on the project.

You know you're a development buff when you hate Trump with the heat of a thousand suns yet still want to see proposed stuff get built.

I'm not too ashamed to admit it. The icing on the cake though would be it gets built but they lose their shirt on it.
