100%. Let's not pretend it's some kind of incompetence. It's a choice. Actually it's interesting the exact amount Sutcliffe is claiming we need would be a 7% increase.
I doubt a referendum with two choices 2.5% and OCTranspo cuts or 9.5% and smaller cuts would even be close in our rejection of better transit funding.
