Now that this one is nearing completion I can say it is really a great example of things done right. From cladding the parking, general facade and details, to the crown. Well Done! This tower, especially for it location with its height, is a welcome addition to our city and its skyline!

I should note that any photos I post with a link from Flickr aren’t mine. Nice pictures nevertheless that needed to be shared here. :-)

Yes those photos are crisp and have a huge range of lighting. Well done.

W 5th St blocked off today for crane disassembly. I'm surprised there is no info on the website yet for the apartments. I'm moving in March and this tower is likely my top choice.

This one turned out pretty nice IMO. Hopefully the missing alumiclad on the crown will fit inside an elevator.

Driving south down I-35 this past weekend made me realize how much of an impact the sloped crown has. Even with the rest of the building looking relatively generic, the sloped crown -- along with the height, obviously -- ends up making this stand out quite a bit (in a good way).

^ It really doesn't take much to add something to an otherwise general design. Sometimes less is more, in fact, but so many developers can learn from this, I hope. I like it also.
