The One looks like the inside of a warehouse, those giant pallet rackings where they store all the goods. It is as suburban and industrial as a residential tower can be, very cold and depressing.

I went downtown yesterday, One Yonge is really blowing my mind. Very exciting tower for Toronto.
Also Union Station is getting better all the time, you can roll through there late at night and that place is popping with people and semi late food, when most food courts have already closed up for hours. Really cool all the kids are hanging out there and behaving themselves.
