And for such a nice building, the Frost garage is hideously ugly. But at least there are a lot of trees in the area, including the ones along the creek, which should grow nicely.

Weston would just build a tower on top of the garage
. But I will say that the garage is always packed and I dont see in any circumstance them taking the garage as is and building another tower on top of it. They would need to building at least three more floors of that parking garage to accomodate for another tower.
