I believe one more floor...currently working on the 23rd.
From a distance you get a better sense of the relative height/scale of the buildings w/in the Domain. The towers on the north end (Domain 8, 10, 11, 12, etc.) sit around 40-50ft lower in elevation than the buildings on the south end. The land gradually descends as it approaches Walnut Creek.
