Wow, they're saying the street construction btwn MLK and 15th scheduled to be completed by Dec '14:

Arrows in the attach (pg 20) below show a hard dogleg at 15th. That sucks. Longterm, is the plan to straighten out RR extend further south of 15th, or is that a repurpose of the existing drive cutting through Brack? Don't understand pages 18-20:
