Here's some updates on some previous posts:
These three buildings at 308-316 Main Street in Downtown will be rehabbed into 5 condos and 2 storefronts. Project cost is $9 million.
The buildings from the corner building down to the 6 story building will be all rehabbed into 30 residential units and 6 storefronts. They're in Walnut Hills.
The old Dennison Hotel in downtown Cincy will be rehabbed into 63 apartments. Project cost is $9.6 million.
