I like the sound of that, but what national retailers that have the ability to expand, that aren't here or aren't going to be here soon at CCC or FP, are simply waiting on the hope that Cottonwood Mall actually happens?
Is there really a segment of retailer out there that wants to open in SLC but can't afford the CCC rents, and choose not to locate at the updated Fashion Place, or wouldn't choose Trolley Square right now or Gateway in 6 months(when they have several openings due to moves to CCC)?
