I doubt it. I am going to set my phone to record my commute just in case.
I don't plan to make contact...just match their speed so they can't get in front of me. Getting cut off by 3 cars following each other really close is dangerous. The last one nearly clipped my front. I know their truck based SUVs have zero handling and acceleration, so that wont be a problem.
If they do hit me, I will keep following them if they don't stop and report a hit and run. They don't have any special status, they aren't unmarked police cars...they have huge white Vanoc logos on the side and are stock SUVs.
