Falcon Ridge Village [Bowesville LRT Station TOD] | Proposed

It is so disappointing and frustrating to call this TOD, when the LRT station is clearly geared to serve a parking lot and some woods!.
The heart of the community should be right beside the station, with coffee shops, Convenience store, pharmacy and health, and condos/offices on top of them.
Make it a destination for walking/cycling, not for cars.
Marketplace station in Barrhaven would be a good example if all the shops beside it had condos on top of them. There is no park and ride in this station.
