They didn’t really think that link shuttle idea out well. The cars themselves don’t really accommodate passengers with luggage or strollers well at all. And it doesn’t even reach into D concourse. The concept is good. It just should have been refined a bit more. And you are right: it does take up a whole bunch of floor space! Although I don’t know if it would work on the mezzanine level or not (I haven’t been up there for years!).
