NEW YORK | 1165 Broadway | Ft | Fl

This beautiful building was recently sold. There were previous plans to add a new tower above the existing base. I suspect that something like that will still occur.

This stretch of Broadway has gotten really nice in recent years.

Hopefully we get another attractive tower, complimenting the relatively new Virgin and Ritz Carlton hotels.

I agree. There's still a lot of crap though, especially the junk across the street from here and the garbage across from the Virgin Hotel (excluding the beautiful building on the northeast corner of 29th St).

Since the Hearst Tower example I am surprised this doesn't happen more often.

It was certainly spectacular outcome.... In fact, I always lamented that tower was not taller.
