The design of the building emphasizes verticality, with a triangular plan, balconies, and a pyramidal upper part at the entrance. In addition to the flats, the building includes two single-storey wings for service businesses. The flats are of the "living room" type, with corridors, and the floor plan includes 6 rooms and 2 "dormitory" types on each floor. The upper floors feature maisonette style apartments. Each flat also has a balcony, and there is a shop on the ground floor and a neighboring single-storey side. The shop's exterior walls are made of dolomite.
