I'm sad you feel that way, and surprised you would make such accusations of someone you don't know.
My wife and I are actually huge foodies. I'm not taking photos of my food to be a douche and brag. I also typically try to be pretty nonchalant and quick when taking photos of food.
I take photos of food because I feel as though cities and metropolitan areas are made up of way more than just buildings. If you ask most people why they're going into a city, it's to go to a restaurant, or grab drinks, or go to a museum or a play.
Cities are wonderfully diverse things, and I feel as though to fully capture what a place IS in photos, you should be capturing pictures of it's buildings, parks, people, food, drinks, museums, theaters... EVERYTHING. That's what makes up a city.... not just it's buildings.... and while I love architecture and good looking buildings, I find repetitive photos of just buildings to get rather boring honestly.
Either way, glad you enjoyed the rest of the photos. Maybe just ignore my future photo threads then if it's not your cup of tea because of the food photos?
