Six Retail Units, Six Apartments above, Parking in rear. Pretty exciting to see historically scaled infill in this part of town

Good scale. Nice to see mixed use development in the area.

Location is the vacant lot next to Rebel's Rock Irish Pub near King and Tisdale. Just West of Wentworth.

A 3 story street wall is the way to go, big enough it makes an impact but not overwhelming. The store fronts should be all glass(big window and door) but otherwise looks good. One building at a time!
