The intent of this application is to demolish the existing detached dwelling and garage at 10 Garrison Street in order to construct a 3-storey plus basement, 10-unit low-rise rental apartment. The proposal does not include any vehicular parking as none is required. Six covered bike parking spaces are proposed in the rear yard and will be accessed via a 1.2m wide walkway from Garrison.
