A quick comparison of the approved site plan and Google Earth imagery indicates temporary bus platforms at Bayshore Station encroach onto the project property. There is most likely a temporary easement in place. IMO until Stage2 LRT west is completed and the temporary bus platforms are removed then no new construction can commence. The encroachment is even more obvious for the other project to the west.

Yeah I still think the 4 towers proposed at Bayshore will go up as planned, but we may just have to wait a bit longer than we all wanted to.
