There is actually one retail unit on the corner.

This is a Coletara property, not Vrancor

100%, it bug me every time I drive down King. I keep waiting for them to come back and finishe the top, I just can't believe that's the finished shape. IT needs to either be squared off, or have a lot more intentional and symmetrical looking step backs at the top.

Looks like one of my Lego towers after a stray basketball took the top off.

This whole property looks clinical - no trees, no landscaping, not even spots FOR trees..

also I am guessing they'd never gonna paint or clad the foundation concrete.. looks so.. half-assed..

that sloped paved area feels like a giant waste of space too.

Don't forget about that wonderful job of covering the blue weather protection under the windows. Great quality here. Reminds me of Connaught at street level along John.

Yeah these are all great examples of quality standards that should be adhered to. I don't care if he's cheaper or gets things done I'd prefer something get actually built properly AND look good.

Whenever I drive home from work on King, I hate looking at the white trump wall that makes it look like an absolute drag. Yet when I come driving from Queen St, it actually looks decent.

This could've been a decent project but instead it's just some half-assed building.
