The view from the ensuite is great. I didn’t know the peace tower was relocated to midtown Manhattan.

AFAIK, the penthouse is mostly a shell, with plenty of chance for the purchaser to customize the layout, and that floor plan diagram is not exactly what's being built.

My $0.02 is that this will be chopped up into at least two units before it's ever finished, as it's been offered exclusively and on/off MLS as one or two penthouses for many years now with no takers.

It was somewhat tongue in cheek. When I zoom into the photo of the ensuite I see what looks like the peace tower surrounded by highrises.

I see that over a dozen units for this building are currently listed on realtor.ca.
Anyone know what's up with that? Investors who bought pre-construction and now want to sell?

Nice building, but units with the amount of space I'd like are too steep for me (1 br are $500k+ and 2br are $750k+).

I believe they are units that never sold that were rented by developer. Units have been listed intermittently. They were priced as high years ago. With the market catching up their prices are not as obscene but yes still expensive.

Anybody own in this building or have any feedback or stories?

Looking at potentially purchasing a unit. Location seems great, building & amenities seem to be high quality, but want to do some digging around before.

Thank you!
