ZoomInfo and its 600+ employees ready for Vancouver Waterfront move
The thriving Vancouver Waterfront will get another big boost next year when ZoomInfo’s 600-plus local employees begin moving into their new world headquarters.
Lincoln Property Company, the developer on the project, is on schedule to complete the 366,000-square-foot building, on land owned by the Port of Vancouver.
“People are really excited,” said Chad Herring, ZoomInfo’s (Nasdaq: ZI) chief human resources officer. “The new space is fantastic, the design of the building, the architecture, and it’s in a great location.”
The building features stepped outdoor terraces that rise for four stories and are open to the public, offering river and mountain views. It’s located just west of the I-5 bridge, in the section of the waterfront known as Terminal 1, the site of the 100-year-old original working port of Vancouver.
