This got very off topic aha. But Crispin really doesn't like typical Hollywood and usually works only on art house style films. He's a weird dude, but I kind of love him. I'm a huge BTTF nerd, so Crispin has always been something of my density.

Off topic for sure. But given the crickets about this development, may as well take things well off the rails.

He came to mind because I watched Hot Tub Time Machine last night.

And I love the Back to the Future films too. SO well done. Especially the second one.

I just got an email from them today basically regurgitating the same information blah blah blah starting in the $500,000's blah blah blah... they need a serious developer to take over this project!

Seems like this development firm tried to time the market, waiting for prices to go higher and higher. However, now construction costs have ballooned. My thinking is this was a more profitable project 2-3 years ago and they are waiting until margins get back to where they were.

That's certainly a possibility. I do Love love LOVE the podium on the proposed tower, and how they have designed it to match the feel of the connaught.

I'll care when there's a not 0% chance this ever happens.

Coincidentally, I renamed my proposed 50mill mansion to "La Mansion de Berklon".

Construction will start any day now.
