I don't want to get my hopes up to soon here, but if we have anyone on this forum who might have some possible insight to this, feel free to chime in....

The property around Janette and Riverside, home of Farhi's 28 story tower, now has cement barricades with fencing as well.

I'm hoping its a sign of pending construction.
I just hope it wasn't for staging purposes for the streetcar bistro thing

Is the Farhi tower going to be taller than Caesar’s Augustus Tower? 1 extra Storey over the Casino.

No, the Augustus tower sits on a podium that’s about 6 or 8 floors or so, so the tower is actually closer to a 34 storey tower.

The Farhi tower should be comparable to Victoria Park Place in height but slightly less floor count

I think we're on the verge of having the Farhi Tower at the river started.
Along with the barriers and fencing, signage is officially up.

Doug Ford comes to Windsor and confirms we are getting a second Costco

I didn't realize how much actual land is available in that area. There will be other large retailers moving in as well.
