Nice. While most of these are 'boring' and not skyscrapers, they are in fact very dense and will add a lot of population into the urban areas, open up more opportunities for businesses, help with commute traffic (people commuting all different directions to spread out the load on the roads/transit systems, etc.).

Without being for or against it, lots of these places are going up in prime areas for gentrification. I don't think it will be long until anything south of downtown Minneapolis is going to be gentrified. There is just too much pressure to develop any areas that are not being maximized.
