Nice looking beaches!
For a summer day at the beach my favorite place in Western Canada is the Okanagan.
First is the biggest city, Kelowna, metro are just over 200 000 now.

Then there is Penticton an hour drive to the south. Population around 50 000.

And about an hour south of that just north of the border is Osoyoos, which has a population of a few thousand.
