I asked this in the Downtown Update thread because I didn't see this thread somehow (Thanks SteelTown!)
What are the odds of this being built? It seems like to build this it would require a tonne of EAs. They're going to have to dig down deep to build the parking, which will take out the roots of a lot of the the trees. It's a really narrow piece of property...
It seems unlikely to me.
