Cool... I'm going to have fun documenting this. And SHoP Architects too.
My only issue is that it's not tall enough. This will only be a few feet taller than RenCen and won't while it'll add bulk to the skyline, it won't create a true peak.
Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to this happening.
