Developer Trammell Crow Co. is seeking approvals to build a huge office campus in Plano's Legacy business park.
The planned business development would be more than 1 million square feet with four office buildings between 12 and 25 stories on Legacy Drive, just west of the Dallas North Tollway.
The 18.5-acre project is across the street from the $3 billion Legacy West mixed-use project and the former J.C. Penney headquarters, which is being redeveloped.

Allen approves huge mixed-use project on key U.S. 75 corner

Allen officials unanimously approved plans for the city's largest new real estate project Tuesday night — the 261-acre Monarch City development.
The mixed-use project is at the southwest corner of North Central Expressway and State Highway 121 in Collin County, and the plans call for 10 million square feet of office, residential, retail and hospitality construction.
