I love seeing every Texan thread I do, as it further changes my mind from the stereotypes. Although the heat still seems unbearable, and Houston and Dallas are still quite sprawly, just I never knew they had such a fun and very interesting urban scene until I've been seeing more and more in photos of each.

Come down in the mid to late fall, winter, and early spring and you won't find the temps unbearable at all. But mid spring through early fall...really unbearable even to many of us who have been here all our lives.
