New residential development planned for East Williamsburg

A new five-story development is coming to East Williamsburg.
A 10-unit building will replace Chinese takeout restaurant Nine Dragons at 83 Humboldt Street, between Moore and Siegel streets.
The proposed 7,586-square-foot building would be 58 feet tall, and have two units per floor. Storage and a shared rooftop are also planned for the building.
