IMO, Winnipeg looks best from the Holiday Inn on Pembina - the towers in Osborne Village really help anchor the skyline from that angle.
Another good one is from the bridge on Lagimodiere (a bit south of Regent) - it's one of the few angles of Portage and Main where none of the 3 tallest buildings are overlapping each other in any way...
Don't have any pictures of those 2 angles personally, maybe some fellow Peggers can help me out here...
