As for Jackson Park, you are right, it is not being used as much as it should be used and indeed large parts sit in disrepair... that will likely turnaround now with the addition of the Obama Library. Exactly. And to be clear, I am not advocating for eliminating parks, I personally love parks. I also love Museums. They go perfectly together.
