There are a lot of gaps along the east side of Barrington. Maritime Centre, Jade, then the Roy, then the Province of NS dead storefront, then the Press Block.
There are also some buildings that are just kind of run down or in a long-term state of renovation. The Pacific Building, NFB, and Tramway.
My prediction is that this will all sort itself out eventually and I think Barrington is at maybe 1/2 of what its potential is.

Agreed. It was looking so good for a bit there with multiple new thriving restaurants and Urban Outfitters, but then just kind of stopped. Hopefully will pick up soon, it really is a beautiful streetscape.
