I suspect Tricar will sit on that Masonville site for a number of years and resubmit in the future when we have a new city council and further development at Masonville has happened. By then the anti density NIMBY's will have moved on. Tricar is busy with their Sunningdale project, their water front tower in Sarnia and multiple towers in Guelph. Hopefully they come back with a 25s plus tower at that time.
