I guess I don’t understand something...
All the previous uproar over this lead to concern that voters would never approve this plan. Then they did the ‘explanation’ and everyone (most everyone) calmed down.
So city council approved - but when do voters weigh in on this?
I read something about using existing taxes - did they find a way to avoid an election?
