^It's a prop up for the ball club. Just like TNSE gets tax deductions, slot machines, and such.
Has Katz really paid his fair share of taxes he doesn't own the ball park or the land. Correct? It's the city and the on-profit that run the park?
He'd only pay taxes on revenues for ball games. Which can't be that much really. It's like a small business.
