And the two Drexel buildings on the eastern corner of Chestnut look new-ish. Add in Penn's new building currently under construction (College House?) and that entire corner will have undergone quite the makeover.
The Marks building has already come down--The Study is now fully under construction (excavation and foundation work).

And Penn's new College House won't come completely to the corner, which will be landscaped as a new campus gateway:
