I think that's just an illusion because of the upward-looking perspective used in the rendering. Also, the fact that one of the facades is further from the street than the other facade, so that the building corner does not align with the street corner, may further contribute to the impression that the building's corner is not 90 degrees. And finally, the use of several windows that wrap around the building's corner might also cause some misperception of that corner's angle. But I'm pretty sure it's a 90 degree angle (as the facades apparently are parallel to 33rd and Chestnut Streets).
