Was out on the East side of town this weekend and noticed a couple projects. This new Ashley furniture building caught my eye. Looks like nothing special, but when I was coming down the hill I noticed they put residential on top. Hard to see in the picture, but looks to take up the entire roof that would have normally just been wasted space. Thought that was pretty cool and never seen that on a big box store before.

This new village seems to have came out of nowhere. Called Orchard Walk and last I was through here was 5 years ago and none of this was here...... At least I don't remember it.
